Terms of Service

The agreement, in plain words.

Last updated 23 September 2026. Written to be read rather than to be unreadable. Where a clause is doing real work, it says so.

This document is awaiting legal review

It accurately describes how we intend to operate, and it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It is not legal advice. If you are contracting with us and need finalised terms, write to [email protected]. The contracting entity and governing law are being finalised and will be named here.

What Supero is

Supero generates and hosts multi-tenant application backends — schema, APIs, SDKs, transactional services and a deployment path. You describe an application; the platform builds and can host it.

Some capabilities are in active development. The security page names what is not finished, and we would rather you read it before you rely on something.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping credentials and API keys secret. Tell us promptly if you believe a key has leaked — we would much rather rotate one early.

You must be able to form a binding contract where you live, and you must not use the platform if we are barred from providing it to you.

What you own

You own your data and the applications you build. We claim no ownership of either.

The platform generates source you can export, and you keep whatever rights you would have had if you had written it. We do not assert a licence over your generated applications beyond what is needed to run the service you asked us to run.

We own the platform itself — the generation pipeline, the services, the SDKs and the site. Nothing here transfers that.

What you may not do

Do not use Supero to build or host anything unlawful, anything designed to harm people, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.

Do not attack the platform or other customers, attempt to reach data that is not yours, or run volumetric or automated scanning against our infrastructure. Security research inside your own project is welcome and the security page explains how to report what you find.

Do not resell the platform as your own, or use it to build a directly competing generation service.

Plans, billing and limits

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Plan limits — projects, tenants, live deployments, generation volume — are part of the plan you buy.

We may change pricing. If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you before it takes effect and you can leave rather than accept it.

Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law says otherwise, or where we have failed badly enough that a refund is the right answer.

Availability, and what we do not promise

We do not currently offer a contractual uptime commitment. The status page shows live health, and the security page says plainly that we do not yet publish historical uptime. If you need an SLA, ask us for one rather than assuming it.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we do not give implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Applications the platform generates are yours to review before you rely on them. Treat generated output as a starting point you are accountable for, not as certified software.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data beyond what the law requires us to bear.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using Supero and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, that puts the platform or other customers at risk, or where we are required to. Except where speed matters for safety or the law, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

On termination you can export your data. We will not hold it hostage.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially we will tell you rather than quietly updating the date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

The governing law and venue will be named here once our contracting entity is finalised. If you need that settled before you can proceed, tell us and we will deal with it directly rather than making you wait for a website update.
